Terms & Conditions
At Elevation Iron Works, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom metal staircases. To ensure clarity and protection for both parties, please review the following terms and conditions:
1. Quotes and Payments: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the issue date. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon contract signing to begin the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment is accepted via e-transfer or certified check. Late payments may incur additional fees.
2. Project Timelines: Estimated project completion dates will be provided at the time of contract signing. Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Elevation Iron Works. We will communicate any changes to the timeline as they arise.
3. Changes and Modifications: Any design changes requested after the project has begun will result in additional costs and may extend the completion timeline. Changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Materials and Warranty: We use only the highest quality materials. A one-year warranty covers workmanship and materials, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications by others. Maintenance is the responsibility of the client unless a service agreement is in place.
5. Liability: Elevation Iron Works is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse or improper installation not performed by our team. By engaging in services with Elevation Iron Works, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
