OUR HISTORY
Elevation Iron Works has its roots deeply embedded in Almonte, where our founder, Bryan Branje, was born and raised. From a young age, Bryan was surrounded by the hum of welding torches and the spark of creativity in his family’s workshop. Both his grandfather and father were skilled welders, passing down the trade that would eventually become the foundation of Elevation Iron Works. After high school, Bryan served 3.5 years in the military as a gunner in the artillery with the 2nd Regiment, Royal Canadian Horse Artillery (2RCHA) in Petawawa, a period that instilled in him a deep sense of discipline and precision—qualities that he would later bring into his craft.
After completing his military service, Bryan returned to his roots and pursued his passion for metalworking, honing his skills over the next 11 years. It wasn’t long before his expertise in welding, coupled with a desire to create something truly special, led to the founding of Elevation Iron Works in February 2019. From the very beginning, the company has specialized in custom staircases and railings, but our capabilities extend far beyond that. Whether it’s steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, if you can dream it, we can build it.

Today, Elevation Iron Works is a thriving business known for our meticulous craftsmanship and dedication to quality. We’ve grown from a small operation into a well-respected name in the industry, thanks to our unwavering commitment to excellence. Our state-of-the-art workshop is equipped with the latest technology, including CNC plasma services that allow us to cut materials up to 5/8 inches thick and 5 feet by 10 feet in size. This capability enables us to tackle a wide range of projects, from intricate custom staircases to large-scale industrial components.
Our team of skilled artisans brings years of experience to every project, ensuring that each piece we create is not only functional but a work of art.
